Everything You Need for Your Vacation – at a Glance

The local tourism tax is € 4.00 per night and person, or € 5.00 per night and person from November 1, 2025. Children and young people up to the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15 are exempt from the tax.

• € 60.00 one-time fee for an apartment for 2 people
• € 80.00 one-time fee for an apartment for 3 people
• € 100.00 one-time fee for an apartment for 4-5 people
• € 180.00 one-time fee for apartment number 12 for up to 10 people
• € 160.00 one-time fee for apartment number 13 for up to 9 people

• Daily breakfast buffet from 7:15 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. 
• Breakfast is included in the daily rate for room guests. 
• Apartment guests can add our buffet as desired: 
• € 19.00 per adult per day 

• € 13.00 per child (up to 14 years old) per day 
   

Our apartment guests can also take advantage of our bread roll service. Simply order the desired bread rolls the day before and look forward to freshly baked bread the next morning!

• Ample outdoor parking is available and included in the daily rate. 
• Underground parking is available for an additional charge of € 8.00 per night.

Discounts for infants are available upon request.

Your four-legged friend is welcome upon request and for a fee.

• Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. 
• Up to 15 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total package price. 
• From 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total package price.
